Pit your roleplaying group against a titanic dragon turtle with this Epic Encounters boss box! Compatible with fifth edition or any fantasy roleplaying game.
Whispers travel across the seas of a titanic beast that dwells in the depths. A snapping, snarling chaos that surges from beneath the waves to snatch its prey. Some speak of these monstrous predators singing to one another with haunting, wordless ululations crooned over silent seas. Others of slow death; victims kept alive to be consumed limb by limb. Sailors give it many names — old grim teeth, the living island. No matter the name, or the language it’s spoken in, all sailors fear the dragon turtle.
Many feared creatures lurk in the dark places beneath the waves… But none are as feared as the dragon turtle. These colossal sea-dwelling beasts have the shape of a turtle, but ten times the size, and the mind of a dragon, wise and treasure-hungry. This may well be your sternest test yet.
Inside this boss box is everything you need to challenge a dragon turtle, including a large, highly detailed dragon turtle miniature (110mm base!) and an adventure book woven with information to fuel your imagination. It’s up to you to discover which rumours and whispers are true!

Made for new and experienced players, every Epic Encounters set features an all-in-one boxed encounter that’s 5e compatible and ready to play as part of a new or existing roleplaying campaign.
Delivery
At this time delivery is only available to UK destinations: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We DO NOT ship internationally.
Standard delivery is by:
- Royal Mail, 1st class (Signed For) - Est. 1-3 days - for parcels up to 2kg.
- Parcelforce 48 - Est. 2-3 days - for parcels over 2kg (or too large for the Post Office 'Small Parcel' size).
Note: Delivery is expected within 2 working days of collection, which is usually the day after booking.
P&P is not usually charged¹ for orders over £34.93 (eg. 7 items @ £4.99).
Below the free postage threshold, P&P is set at £5.99 (or £3.99 for items small enough to be sent at the current 'Large Letter' rate).
Parcels will usually be despatched on the next working day - Tuesday to Friday - after payment has been accepted and availability confirmed. Some items are subject to additional P&P charges.
Important Notes:
- Additional P&P charges may apply to unusually large, heavy or valuable items.
- It is not usually possible for us to despatch items on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
- Due to post office and/or legal restrictions, some items (eg. Aerosol Paints, Craft Knives) are only available in-store. These items are listed online only to indicate their availability/price.

Returns
Unless agreed in writing by Clifton Road Games, all returns are at the customer's own risk and expense.
Please contact Clifton Road Games (by phone or email) prior to returning any items in order that neither party is put to unnecessary expense or inconvenience.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for customer return. This category is generally reserved for products with unknown/random "collectible" content (eg. Trading Card Game Booster Packs), as well as some clearance items.
