KeyForge is a Unique Deck Game where two players take on the roles of mighty Archons racing to forge keys that unlock the hidden vaults of the Crucible, an artificial world where anything is possible. Battling with an incredible array of creatures, artifacts, and abilities in every one-of-a-kind deck, every game presents a new challenge and no two battles will ever be the same!

KeyForge is the perfect in-store card game; simply open a deck, and play.
How to play the game will be mostly recognisable to anyone with experience of one or more Trading Card Games. The unique feature of KeyForge is that there is no deck construction; a deck is what it is... straight out of the box.
Any random imbalance between decks is handled by internal game mechanics - Chains - that, over time, will place any combination of decks on a level playing field. In a Best-of-3 format, during the final game, the stronger deck is available to the player willing to accept the most Chains (which limit your ability to draw cards during the game). Another format - Reversal - invites players to bring the weakest deck from their collection, battling to have it finish last!
Tuesday evenings usually involve: Sealed Deck / Swiss-pairing ... unless we get freakishly organised and plan something in advance.
