Our world may seem significant—the center of our personal universes. But amidst the unknowable eldritch Mythos, Earth is a tiny microcosm of primitive life, a laughable mote of dirt and water floating among the stars. We are merely dust on the scales, and any larger ambition only demonstrates an unfortunate surplus of damning hubris.
In the face of this crushing insignificance, the investigators of the Arkham Horror Files are those who push back against the abyss, who refuse to give in to nihilism and despair. But with the latest adventure, those investigators face a challenge unlike any they’ve tackled before.
In War of the Outer Gods, a new scenario pack for Arkham Horror: The Card Game, Arkham is caught in the midst of a world-shattering conflict between three rival cults, raging across all of North America. Each of these cults seeks to summon its own Ancient One—and as they battle each other across the continent, every enemy slain brings one of these dark gods closer to awakening. Can you and your fellow investigators survive being caught in the middle of this war, or will our world be torn asunder?
This is not a standalone product. A copy of the Arkham Horror: The Card Game Core Set is required to play.
Delivery
At this time delivery is only available to UK destinations: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We DO NOT ship internationally.
Standard delivery is by:
- Royal Mail, 1st class (Signed For) - Est. 1-3 days - for parcels up to 2kg.
- Parcelforce 48 - Est. 2-3 days - for parcels over 2kg (or too large for the Post Office 'Small Parcel' size).
Note: Delivery is expected within 2 working days of collection, which is usually the day after booking.
P&P is not usually charged¹ for orders over £34.93 (eg. 7 items @ £4.99).
Below the free postage threshold, P&P is set at £5.99 (or £3.99 for items small enough to be sent at the current 'Large Letter' rate).
Parcels will usually be despatched on the next working day - Tuesday to Friday - after payment has been accepted and availability confirmed. Some items are subject to additional P&P charges.
Important Notes:
- Additional P&P charges may apply to unusually large, heavy or valuable items.
- It is not usually possible for us to despatch items on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
- Due to post office and/or legal restrictions, some items (eg. Aerosol Paints, Craft Knives) are only available in-store. These items are listed online only to indicate their availability/price.

Returns
Unless agreed in writing by Clifton Road Games, all returns are at the customer's own risk and expense.
Please contact Clifton Road Games (by phone or email) prior to returning any items in order that neither party is put to unnecessary expense or inconvenience.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for customer return. This category is generally reserved for products with unknown/random "collectible" content (eg. Trading Card Game Booster Packs), as well as some clearance items.
