Auxiliaries & Mediums

Brush Restorer (85ml) Softens and restores all fine sable brushes used for watercolors, miniatures, silk painting, etc. Does not contain alcohol.

Brush Cleaner (85ml) Cleaner for brushes which have been used with alcohol based paints (Liquid Gold, Supergold) and brushes which simply need a more thorough cleaning. Will not damage even the finest Kolinsky Sable brushes.

Plastic Putty (17ml) Plastic Putty is a modeling paste which dries to a white, totally opaque, stone hard finish. It is used principally for rebuilding or restructuring models and miniatures, for textures and high reliefs.

Gloss Medium (17ml) Gloss Medium extends the colors, increases their fluidity and transparence, and softens the blending of brushstrokes. It heightens the flexibility of the colors, and their adhesion to the surface. Does not yellow or change tonality of the color. Can also be used as a binder for dry pigment.

Metal Medium (17ml) Metal Medium is an acrylic medium formulated with mica, which can be mixed with acrylic colors to create an iridescent lustre or applied by itself for a silvery iridescent effect.

Liquid Mask (17ml) Liquid Mask is used to reserve areas which are to remain unpainted, especially in airbrush techniques, but also with watercolors and temperas. The product forms a protective film on the area which the artists does not want to paint. Once the work is dry, liquid mask is rubbed off with an eraser or piece of cloth, revealing the unpainted area.

Thinner Medium (17ml) Thinner Medium for Model Color, Panzer Aces and Game Color. Thinner used to extend the colors, to increase fluidity and delay the drying time.

Matt Medium (17ml) Matt Medium extends the colors, increases their fluidity and transparence, and softens the blending of brush strokes.
